Oven Baked Potato Wedges



Ingredients
Medium or large potatoes - enough for the number of people you want to feed.
Olive oil 1-2 Tablespoons depending on how many potatoes you are cooking.
1-2 Tablespoons Spice mix - Choose your favourite - I like Moroccan spice mix, paella spice mix or cajun or make your own by mixing paprika, chilli powder, turmeric and chicken stock powder.

Method
  1. Pre heat the oven to 200C
  2. Line a baking tray with baking paper
  3. Wash and dry the potatoes
  4. Cut into evenly sized wedges
  5. Places potato wedges in a plastic bag with the oil and spice mix and shake until the wedges are well coated
  6. Spread wedges in a single layer on the baking tray
  7. Bake until golden and crispy (shake or turn once during cooking) approx 20 minutes.
Serve with sour cream and sweet chilli sauce
